Bold Foundations is a beginner-friendly strength class designed to help you learn the fundamentals of lifting in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Your instructor will break down each exercise step-by-step, teaching proper form, why the movement matters, and how to build strength safely and confidently.
Expect slower pacing, plenty of coaching, and the opportunity to ask questions as you go. Whether you're brand new to lifting or just want to refine your technique, this class will help you build a strong foundation that carries into every workout you do.
